ORDERING

• Minimum Order value is $400 USD, with a minimum of 1 unit per SKU.
• Reorders are subject to the same style MOQs unless otherwise agreed
  

PRICING

• Wholesale prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs.
• Suggested retail prices are provided as a guideline. Retailers may determine their final retail pricing according to their market and applicable regulations.
  

PAYMENT

• First orders must be paid in full before shipment.
• Net 30 payment terms are available from the second order onward, subject to approval.
• Payment Methods:
  Credit card, PayPal, Wise transfer (USD or EUR), or bank/wire transfer (USD or EUR).
